How do I create an event?

Open the Sunsum Live app, tap the Events tab, and hit the + button. Give your event a name, set the date and venue, and you're ready to go. You can add a setlist and enable song requests from the event settings.

How does the QR code work?

Each event generates a unique QR code. Display it on stage, on a table card, or share the link — fans scan it to browse your setlist and submit song requests without needing to download anything.

Do fans need an account to send requests?

No. Fans submit requests anonymously through the web — no app download or sign-up required.

How do I approve or decline a request?

Incoming requests appear in your queue in real time. Swipe or tap to approve or decline. Approved songs move to your active setlist; declined ones are removed from the fan's view.

Can I turn off requests mid-show?

Yes. Open your active event and toggle song requests off at any time. Fans will see that requests are currently paused.

What is a song bump?

Fans can tip to bump a request higher in your queue. You receive the tip directly — bumps are just a way for fans to prioritize their request.

How do I receive tips?

Tips are processed via Stripe. Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Payouts to start receiving funds. Payouts are sent on Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2 business days after a transaction).

Are there fees on tips?

Standard Stripe processing fees apply. Sunsum Live does not add an additional platform fee on top of Stripe's rates.

Where can I see my earnings?

The Earnings tab in the app shows a breakdown of tips per event, total earnings over time, and payout status.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from this page. All personal data and event history will be permanently removed.

Is Sunsum Live available on Android?

The artist app is available on both iOS and Android. The fan-facing request experience works in any mobile browser — no app needed.
