When artists run a session, we may collect queue activity, song requests, dedications, tips, session identifiers, venue details, and performance analytics.

We also collect technical information automatically, including device and browser data, IP address, approximate location derived from network data, cookies, log data, and usage events.

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Sunsum Live platform, including live request queues, fan interactions, payments, notifications, and account management.

We use data to secure the service, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, personalize content, and analyze how features are used so we can improve them.

We may use information to communicate with you about service updates, policy changes, support, receipts, and other transactional notices.

If you use tipping or other paid features, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
