By accessing or using Sunsum Live, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to artists, venue staff, fans, and any other users who access the website, apps, or related features.

Sunsum Live provides tools for interactive live performances, including song requests, tipping, queue management, event/session controls, and audience engagement features.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as we improve the platform or respond to operational needs.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. Certain paid features may require you to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and venue policies.

Artists and venues are responsible for how they use live sessions, queue settings, displays, and payment features during events.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you share, request, or display does not infringe rights, violate laws, or create unsafe or inappropriate conditions.

You may submit names, messages, requests, dedications, images, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Sunsum Live the rights needed to operate, display, transmit, and improve the service.

You must not use the service to harass, abuse, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Paid features are processed through third-party payment providers. By using them, you agree to any provider-specific terms and processing requirements.

Fees, refunds, chargebacks, payout timing, and tax treatment may vary based on the payment method, region, and account configuration.

Subscription plans, if applicable, automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Sunsum Live and its associated branding, software, graphics, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, we reserve all rights in the service.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or used the service in a harmful or unauthorized way.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain sections of these terms, including payment, liability, and intellectual property provisions, survive termination.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunsum Live and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law if greater restrictions apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Where allowed, disputes should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve them informally before formal proceedings begin.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
